Receptionist

Job ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Receptionist who is looking to accelerate their career growth within the largest privately-held rigid plasticsmanufacturer in North America.
In this role, you will provide reception desk coverage to the corporate office, performing routine office processes and givingsupport to co-workers, as directed by the Treasury Manager.
Other responsibilities are as follows:
- Maintain coverage of front lobby desk at all times, coordinating with the Travel Manager and other clerical staff for relief asneeded for breaks, appointments, and vacations- Mail/courier receiving and sorting including incoming UPS/Fed-Ex packages- Answer general corporate phone line and addressing or forwarding calls as appropriate- SAP-based Purchase Order receiving for the Global Business Technology Center (GBTC)- Expense report processing - audit, follow-up to travelers, and reporting of issues to management- Maintain and update published phone list for GBTC- Day-to-day upkeep of office equipment (paper, toner, call for repairs, etc.
) for equipment in work area- Lobby visitors - Coordinate visitor arrangements with GBTC staff, greet, monitor, and badge-making- Assist in daily activities related to Corporate Travel, in coordination with the Travel Manager- Provide relief for Travel and Administrative Manager as needed and as agreed with Treasury Manager- Manage postal error recovery claims- Other related duties as assignedSkills/QualificationsREQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree- 2-3 years relevant work experience- Basic understanding of office equipment use- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel and comfortable in learning and use of computer software as required for the role- Comfortable using online booking tools for Travel ManagementPREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to work in an open environment, handle shifting priorities, accept routine interruptions, and maintain a calm andprofessional demeanor.
- A helpful attitude in support of co-workers requests, as agreed with supervisor- Ability to work Saturdays on a routine basis and as needed for project completion- Ability to routinely handle packages and objects, including lifting, pushing, pulling, or moving up to 25 lbs.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
