Talascend is currently seeking a Systems Analyst & Implementation Support for a contract opportunity located in Plymouth, MI

Overview:
Provide support for JCI MAXIMO Preventative Maintenance Migration Project through:
Standardization of data
Must Have, will be tested, Excellent ODBC Connection, SQL query writing, data extraction, ODBC setup knowledge
Problem resolution
Process improvement
Testing
Training
Must Have, will be tested, Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups a must)
Must Have, will be tested, Excellent MS Access knowledge
Must Have, Ability to travel to implementation plants in us, Canada, Mexico, as project progresses
PRIMARY
Responsibilities:
Data extraction
Data analysis, cleansing and standardization
Data loads
Development of training materials
Documenting test cases
Collaboration with project team and end users
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Preventative Maintenance (MAXIMO/INFOR EAM) systems experience
Must, Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups a must)
Must have excellent skills in SQL query writing, data extraction, ODBC setup
Must have Excellent MS Access knowledge
Excellent written communication skills
Understanding of the automotive business and the business processes
Extensive interactions with people, teams, and organizations
Good blend of people skills and technical/functional skills and knowledge
Excellent Multi-tasking skills in order to manage multiple priorities through-out the working day
Comfortable with situations that include ambiguity and complexity
Diplomacy
Good listening and facilitation skills
Good presentation and teaching skills
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
4-yr degree in Engineering, IT or related areaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
