A process coordinator to facilitate customer needs via Hotline. This individual will assist the Hotline agents with entering cases, Database searches, generating reports, facilitating getting answers for customer cases, identifying/creating billing and warrentee information and other activities focused on creating satisfing cusotmer interactions. This position requires a drive to satisfy customers, pay attention to process detail, help improve processes, and a high level of self motivation.
Roles:
Maintains the integrity of the Repair/Calibration department regarding customer service/support (internal and external), departmental processes and accurate record keeping and archiving.
Performs all tasks and responsibilities needed to sustain the productivity of the Repair/Calibration department, including aspects of support to relative management, directors, service engineers, hotline, sales and technical support; to create and maintain all relative customer information files
Performs all tasks and responsibilities associated with customer and internal repair/calibration processes, including but not limited to: Issuing RMAs, quoting, order entry, part procurement, vendor repairs, shipping completed jobs and invoicing.
Responsible for maintaining KPI goals set forth by the department
Additional administrative responsibilities to support the Repair/Calibration Dept. as deemed necessary by eSpares Business Manager
Business Degree or equivalent preferred
Two years experience in an administrative function
Strong computer skills/Proficiency in SAP , MS applications with ability to learn new formats quickly
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Products; i.e Excel, Visio, MS Power Point, Access and MS Project.
Highly detailed oriented/multi-tasking
Support effective team environment
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Able to work independently with little supervision
Represents the AVL Service organization in a highly professional manner

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
