Intake specialists are essential to the firm's success and play an important role in helping eligible consumers secure relief under state and federal law.
The primary duties of an intake specialist include:
answering and screening phone calls, obtaining necessary information from potential clients, promptly and professionally responding to inquiries from clients and potential clients by phone, email, and text, transferring calls to the appropriate staff members, making follow-up calls, preparing and sending letters and emails, and creating accurate summaries of documents.
The firm is looking for someone who is outgoing, detail-oriented, self-motivated, punctual, dependable, comfortable answering calls in a fast-paced environment, including empathetically obtaining accurate information from potential clients, able to accurately record client information, and able to multitask effectively.
Applicants must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong organizational skills.
Applicants also must have some experience using Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Finally, applicants must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with other members of the team.
