Customer Service Representative Reports To:
Customer Service Team Leader Summary Provides friendly and helpful service to customers by fulfilling customer orders, serving customers in the store, and maintaining a neat and well stocked lobby and kitchen area by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Talks with customers by phone or in person in a friendly, sincere, and helpful manner Receives and fills orders or requests Maintains lobby and kitchen areas, keeping tables and equipment clean and neat Packages pies and baked goods according to specifications for take out orders Slices pies according to specifications for dine in or take out customers Prepares certain beverages including, but not limited to, smoothies and espresso drinks Becomes proficient on POS system and charges customers appropriately for products and/or services requested Collects payment from customer, makes change, and responsible for all monies in assigned cash drawer Up-sells new or additional services (e.

Accepts customer concerns, complaints and compliments with concern and tact Tells owner or manager immediately about concerns, complaints, and compliments Finds projects or tasks to work on when business is slow Keeps work area free of clutter and clean both during and at end of each shift Other duties may be assigned Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required unless the person is attending high school or a continuing education class to obtain a GED at the time of employment.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
