Sourcing Excellence:
Collaborate with our talent acquisition team to identify and attract top-notch candidates for various openings.
Streamlined Coordination:
Assist in scheduling seamless interviews, and assessments, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and hiring teams.
Thorough Pre-Employment Checks:
Take the lead in coordinating and executing pre-employment checks, such as background screenings and reference checks.
Positive Candidate
Experience:
Ensure candidates have a positive experience from interview to onboarding, contributing to our employer brand.
Meticulous Documentation:
Record all enterprise ATS (Jobvite) activities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
Recruitment Support:
Serve as a resource for recruitment policies, procedures, and practices, assisting supervisors, HR staff, and other stakeholders.
Event Participation:
Engage in job fairs, recruitment events, and other talent acquisition activities to promote our organization.
Administrative Efficiency:
Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, managing calendars, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
What you will bring:
Educational Background:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare, Business, or related discipline preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruiting or Talent Acquisition Coordinator (not as a recruiter) in a fast paced, high volume environment.
Organizational Prowess:
Strong organizational skills, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
Attention to Detail:
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Tech Savvy:
Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
Jobvite experience is a plus.
Confidentiality:
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Tech Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attitude:

Flexibility:
