1 Plymouth, MI Plymouth, MI Full-time Full-time $15 an hour $15 an hour Primarily remote, occasional onsite required The call center is responsible for representing the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times by assisting current customers to resolve issues and by selling new accounts to prospective customers.
Answer incoming calls from business and residential customers.
Enter basic orders into computer system.
Assist customers with problem resolution including accurate input of information.
Interact directly with Route Services Managers/Supervisors to resolve issues.
Interact with Accounts Receivable to resolve concerns and issues.
Present sales information to potential customers professionally and completely.
Follow up on potential customers and close sales.
Accurately enter customer setup information in computer system.
Maintain professional working environment.
Display self-discipline and self-confidence.
Show respect for our customers and fellow employees.
Other duties as assigned.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
