We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant / Household Helper.
As a Personal Assistant / Household Helper, you will provide administrative support and household assistance to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation and tasks needed to assist mutli company executive.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executivemutli company executive Household Help Organization Laundry Clean-up kitchen and home (dishwasher, wipe counters, empty trash, dust, vaccume, windows as needed, etc.
) Maintaining an organized wardrobe
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or as a Personal Assistant - Strong computer literacy - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information - Experiance as home or housekeeping needs We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
