We are seeking a Parts Help Desk Associate to join our team.
As a Parts Help Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing parts support for the US and Canadian Dealers.
Duties:
Communicate daily with parent companies to resolve regional obstacles.
Liaise daily with North American dealer networks, providing assistance with vehicle spares.
Work with Field Service teams, to resolve back order situations.
Assist the Parts Manager in stock level notification.
Manage all claims of damage, discrepancies and credits.
Fill in for shipping/received dept.
Tracking FED Ex-UPS and freight orders.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a Parts help desk at a dealer or auto parts Customer Service Oriented Automotive Parts/Service background.
Import/Export Logistics background.
Commercial Awareness.
Able to build strong professional relationships.
