Onboarding:
Assists with new hire documentation gathering and preparation, workstation setup, orientation scheduling and coordination.
Recruiting:
Assists with resume reviews and prescreening candidates, HRIS processes, reference/background checks, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and scheduling and managing recruiting materials for career fairs.
Employee data:
Maintains employee files ensuring that personnel file maintenance and retention are in compliance with applicable law.
Assists with the HRIS data management.
Compliance:
Ensures 100% I-9 compliance at hire, during employment, and following termination, required employment/safety/payroll/benefits information is maintained as required, and tuition reimbursement process management.
Employee engagement and development:
Assist with administrative tasks (ordering and distributing communication, gifts, awards) associated with recognition award programs, Affinity group programing, and coordinating schedules, meetings, travel, meals, etc.
for various corporate development programs.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.
Customer service-oriented personality Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a group environment Ability to work overtime on an as needed basis Ability to work cross functionally with internal and external parties at all levels Understanding of following safety protocols and work in a safe manner QUALIFICATIONS Minimum High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or related field.
Prior experience with an HRIS system highly preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
