We are in search of an experienced, dynamic, and hands-on Plant Manager to oversee and elevate our manufacturing operations in Northville, MI.

Responsibilities:
Production Leadership:
Lead and manage all aspects of the manufacturing process, including compounding, mixing, and batch production.
Team Management:
Build and lead a high-performing production team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
Ingredient Management:
Oversee the procurement, storage, and inventory management of ingredients and materials required for production.
Ensure accurate reading of batch cards and precise execution of recipes.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to meet or exceed industry and company standards.
Safety and Compliance:
Maintain a safe and compliant working environment, adhering to all relevant food safety and regulatory requirements.
Budget and Cost Management:
Develop and manage the plant budget, monitoring expenses and resource allocation.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on experience in food and beverage manufacturing, with a strong background in compounding, ingredient mixing, and batch production.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and optimize production efficiency.
Monday-Friday 7 am-5 pm with occasional Saturdays.
