AR Analyst Americas Region
Come Innovate Motion with Us! Johnson Electric is excited to announce we are now hiring an accounts receivable analyst in our Plymouth, Mi Facility.
The purpose of this position is to provide support within the Accounts Receivable Department with cash application, customer reconciliations, customer collections, and timely analysis and closure on quality and commercial issues.
As an individual within a team, this position will enable AR to meet the department collection goals.
This person will support the AR closing activities, billing chain setups, credit terms, and pricing analysis.
Previous experience with Accounts Receivable / Sales using Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as Oracle, Movex, Mapics desired.
Your Responsibilities would be to:
Key Customer Account Reconciliations (Valeo, Ford, Kiekert, Electrolux, etc.
) Manage the closure of the equality and commercial issues.
This includes generating and maintaining the Quality and Commercial database, reporting, attending the weekly and month meetings and monitoring and assuring the issues are being closed in the database.
Manage pricing issues and reconciliations and tracking Support monthly AR closing activities - learn closing for all legal entities Support collection efforts relating to past due accounts Manage manual invoicing activities for the Tariff Recoveries, Non-Recurring Engineering charges, customer capital contributions, sample and prototype sales and other special customer agreements Support AR setups in Oracle - New and existing customers Align credit limits & payment terms Support D & B's for new customers Set up and maintain billing changes Manage Kiekert consignment Our requirements are:
Collection background Strong analytical skills Minimum 2 years' experience as an analyst or inside sales support representative are required Prefer 3-5 years of experience Ability to work independently, while part of a team, with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed individually and as a team Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Accountability and reliability a must Proficient Excel skills The ability to perform account analysis - bringing data together from different systems into excel spreadsheets, perform variance analysis, create and use pivot tables is essential o What We offer:
