Summary:
This position is part of a 3-person HR Team in the Plymouth Michigan Distribution Center.
The role is perfect for a new HR professional.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Administer timekeeping system.
Daily processing of Driver Pay sheets & assist Transportation Dept with all payroll related items.
Payroll re-class reporting & other reporting to leadership.
Assist with recruiting & hiring events.
Coordinate safety communications & injury files and records.
Works closely with HR Manager to identify potential open door issues and opportunities to serve as the Teammate Advocate to ensure positive teammate relations.
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
1-year administrative experience.
High School diploma.
Knowledge of wage and employment laws.
Proficiency in Excel.
Build & maintain relationships with a diverse group.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Multi-task & problem solve.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Office environment at Distribution Center.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
