You support our team asTerritory Sales ManagerResponsibilitiesSet and achieve agreed sales targets and objectives from the Sales Incentive ProgramMaintain and grow existing customer base while also bringing new customers onboardProactively report marketplace dynamics including market trends, competitor intelligence etc.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal departmentsMaintain accurate inventory counts and invoicing records of customersAct as primary contact to customers within the South Texas region to manage business needsQualifications3-5 years' sales experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector.
Degree qualified in a technical discipline or relevant industry experience, preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft suite, experience with SAP an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Ability to travel overnight to support territory requirements.
Ability to understand and present company products and solutions.
Demonstrable experience of analysing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
