We only have one office yet are a nationwide company, so we have developed innovative ways to help people move all across the country.
Unlike a traditional realtor who needs to be a jack-of-all-trades, Marketplace Homes has a team divided into specialists who can assist homeowners and tenants with each step of the process.
Responsibilities:
As a member of our Client Services team, you often have the initial & most frequent contact with our clients.
The opportunity to establish our image rests upon the quality of those interactions.
The Client Services team is vital in all phases of our business with many tasks including:
Answering diverse questions about our homes & programs, transferring calls, leaving detailed messages for other team members.
Engaging with customers all over the country who wish to know more about our programs.
Scheduling appointments to speak with our sales team or to view our available rental homes.
Utilizing multiple CRM platforms to answer complex questions, gather detailed information, and investigate situations.
Helping with various company-wide projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Be equipped to think on your feet and multitask well.
Strong work ethic & problem solving abilities.
Ability to work well independently and to achieve goals as a team.
Bring a strong balance of professionalism & approachability.
Have office experience (preferred).
Are passionate, a great communicator, hard-working, and self-motivated.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
