This role will collaborate with the US/CA Digital Media & Brand teams, as well as agency partners to manage and optimize ocedar.

This role will manage all aspects of overseeing our brand sites on the SAP Hybris platform to provide a seamless user experience and to ensure our brand sites are the hubs of our communication campaigns driving higher sales conversion.
The Website Manager is responsible for creating a seamless and consistent website experience that supports the brands strong focus on digital media strategy (Google, Meta, TikTok Ads etc.
).
Website Manager (f/m/d) Responsibilities Optimize O-Cedar and Vileda Canada websites content for user experience, SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Manage the Channel Advisor Shop Now tool on brand sites for accuracy and CRO.
Collaborate with digital/brand team and Global Headquarters team to ensure websites align with brands strategy.
Monitor, assess, and report on website KPI performance with GA4 and Microsoft Clarity ongoing.
Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues, including product listings accuracy, maintaining redirect lists, etc.
Manage Blog with agency partner and maintain SEO strategy.
Management of all digital media pixel tracking on sites.
Provide site insights to improve digital media campaigns performance.
Qualifications Degree or certifications in Computer Science, Marketing, or Business related preferred.

years of experience managing websites for a consumer business via CMS required.
Strong foundational understanding of digital media strategies.
Proficiency in HTML, and backend CMS revisions.
SAP Hybris knowledge preferable but not required.
Deep understanding of consumer journey and digital media, especially SEO and SEM.
Google Analytics Certified/GA4 Experience.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working out of own remote home office, while traveling 5-6 times/year.
Recommended Skills Analytical Backend Content Management Conversion Rate Optimization Digital Media Google Analytics Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
