The ideal candidate will have great interpersonal skills, be task driven, a team player and work well with others.
Prior experience with receivables is preferred.
Responsibilities include:
Answering incoming calls Preparing packages for mailing Preparing booklets and materials as needed Sending outgoing faxes for staff Sorting and dispersing incoming faxes Contacting on outstanding receivables Recording notations on collection efforts Reviewing/editing billing and reports as needed Providing additional support for all staff as needed Requirements include:
Experience in answering the phones in a courteous, efficient & professional manner Outstanding interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines Candidates must have an excellent work ethic and positive demeanor Proficient in Microsoft office 365 and email communications Bachelor?s Degree Preferred
Benefits:
Pay is $18 per hour, $37k commensurate with experience 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off and 9 paid holidays Vision insurance.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
