As, Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator, you play a critical role, engaging in projects & programs that impact our recruiting capabilities, ranging from campus recruiting and early career programs to process improvements, recruitment marketing and more.
You Will Leverage your project management & communication skills to organize & execute campus recruiting and the PPK Summer Internship program, along with other targeted talent acquisition initiatives, such as military veteran recruitment.
In addition, you'll represent Plastipak at recruiting events.
Support stakeholders by maintaining talent acquisition resources (training guides, job aids, operational documents, etc.
).
As we are continuously evolving, you'll have a hand in updating materials and creating new resources for recruiters, HR partners and managers.
Uphold talent acquisition quality control and compliance oversight through coordination of auditing, recordkeeping and reporting.
Utilize Workday and Excel to generate and format talent acquisition reports and data analysis Contribute to a standout candidate experience through participation in candidate journey initiatives, including creating templates and other content, coordinating recruitment marketing content design and implementing candidate experience measures.
Apply a continuous improvement mindset to everything you do, with an eye to streamlining, simplifying and achieving successful outcomes You Have Bachelor's Degree Minimum two (2) years of experience in a corporate recruiting environment in a TA Coordinator or Recruiter role Additional human resource experience is preferred Working knowledge of standard recruitment practices and processes Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with a strong preference for Workday, as well as other recruitment tools & platforms Familiarity with Federal Contractor Compliance and how it applies to recruitment, from job requisitions and postings to applicant tracking and candidate recordkeeping Excellent project management skills combined with customer focus and delivery of results Professional polish and demeanor, as you will interact with leaders, managers and associates across the company, and serve as a Plastipak representative at outside events Excellent communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to build effective, clear, succinct, well-designed written materials and presentations Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint An orientation to data and analytics and a flair for process improvement Exemplary ethics and integrity to maintain confidential information Willingness to travel occasionally to Plastipak sites & college campuses This is an in-office position located at our Global Business & Technology Center in Plymouth, Michigan Plastipak is an Equal Opportunity Employer In order to process your job application, Plastipak collects and stores the personal information that you submit via this website.
