Key Responsibilities 1.
Coordinate production requirements with parts-manufacturing, purchasing and subcontractors.

Plan, coordinate and ensure that Quality System requirements are fully followed in manufacturing.
3.
Coordinate finished product manufacturing and shipping requirements.
4.
Plans manpower requirement, equipment, etc.
5.
Handle personnel matters at plant level.
6.
Responsible for inventory control, assembly quality and upkeep of plant.
7.
Ensure safety and good housekeeping requirements are implemented.
8.
Ensure the release of schedule to all suppliers customer demands.
9.
Weekly performance matrix.
10.
Review releases for accuracy and shipment performance.
11.
MOS Inventory turns-inventory value.
12.
Implement new initiatives for material control.
13.
Customer interface/capacity planning, trade issues, NAFTA, etc.
14.
ISO 14001--compliance in materials, shipping environment.
15.
Track daily inventory value chart.
16.
Maintain part numbers.
17.
Manage and direct personnel as required.
18.
Manage communications with customers.
19.
Manage customer directed banks, engineering changes, balance cuts, break points, etc.

Schedule reporting/attainment M.

Schedule weekly plant production for injection presses and assembly operations based upon requirements, transmitted via EDI from customer base.
