Partner Marketing Manager

Responsible for developing and managing relations with business, technology and channel partners to drive new business and grow existing business. Examples of partners:
key reseller/distributors, independent software vendors, system integrators. Activities encompass marketing programs/solutions to/through/with partners to create demand and amplify joint strategic messages in market. Assists partner(s) with and monitors delivery of the company experience. Manages/optimizes partner Market Development Funds (MDF), i.e., tracking availability/utilization of funds, developing and/or compliance with program terms, full leveraging of existing programs and proposals for new MDF-based initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Build growth through optimal solution portfolio of partner through ongoing joint account planning of partner landscape, strategy, segment competitiveness, marketability and solution requirement and actively facilitate partner into HPE portfolio offering. Identify and prioritize key ecosystem partners to drive technical and business alignment against company product/services offerings. Recommend Go-to-Market plays with HPE to maximize ROI Establish internal and external network to promote, gain buy- in and expand partner program within and across company. Strategize and manage a partner network and integrate partner into strategic company initiative to drive market and platform direction. Education and Experience Required:

years marketing experience. Partner, sales, industry, channel experience or equivalent. Knowledge and Skills:
Mastery knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools and developing value proposition with partners. Mastery knowledge across marketing mix and vehicles for program execution with strategic partners (such as global/local ISVs, SIs and resellers, Distributors and/or channel) In-depth experience in product/service/solution offering within industry and segments. Ability to interface effectively with executive management across different business functions. Excellent written/oral communications and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build, manage and influence virtual teams. Excellent negotiating, influencing, consensus- building and conflict- resolution skills. What we can offer you:

$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, Brand Marketing & Management, HR Generalists & Business PartnersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
